Job Summary
Responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving HSE and quality management systems to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient plant operations. The role drives a strong safety culture, ensures adherence to regulatory and international standards, and safeguards personnel, assets, and the environment.
Job Details
Develop and implement HSE and quality management systems; conduct risk assessments (HAZID/HAZOP) and safety audits; ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and company standards; oversee QA/QC processes across operations and maintenance; monitor HSE performance metrics and reporting; support commissioning and operational readiness from an HSE standpoint
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis; drive continuous improvement in safety performance; enforce safe work practices and permit-to-work systems; ensure emergency response preparedne
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field; NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory); additional quality certifications (ISO 9001/14001/45001) are an advantage
- Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in HSE within oil and gas, with exposure to gas processing, CNG, or similar facilities; experience in commissioning/startup phases is an added advantage
