Job Summary
- The HR / Admin Officer is responsible for managing personnel records, updating databases, and carrying out all HR operations and administrative duties.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain physical and digital personnel records,
- Work with the team to fill every open role within the lead time, from posting of job vacancies till the resumption of new hires,
- Coordinate trainings and ensure that all documentations are properly done with Industrial Training Fund (ITF),
- Work with the team to ensure that employees are well managed from entry to exit,
- Work with the team in the processing of pension for all employees.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in HRM / IRPM / Business Administration / Economics / Psychology or other related course.
- Minimum of 2.1 or Upper Credit
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing
- A student member of CIPM / CIPD, or other relevant professional certifications.
- Excellent communication skill, meticulous and pay great attention to details.
