Job Summary

  • The HR / Admin Officer is responsible for managing personnel records, updating databases, and carrying out all HR operations and administrative duties.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain physical and digital personnel records,
  • Work with the team to fill every open role within the lead time, from posting of job vacancies till the resumption of new hires,
  • Coordinate trainings and ensure that all documentations are properly done with Industrial Training Fund (ITF),
  • Work with the team to ensure that employees are well managed from entry to exit,
  • Work with the team in the processing of pension for all employees.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in HRM / IRPM / Business Administration / Economics / Psychology or other related course.
  • Minimum of 2.1 or Upper Credit
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing
  • A student member of CIPM / CIPD, or other relevant professional certifications.
  • Excellent communication skill, meticulous and pay great attention to details.
