Job Description (Summary)
As the Filling Station Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the filling station, ensuring smooth sales, customer relations, and compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision of Staff: Manage and coordinate pump attendants, security guards and cleaners.
Sales & Inventory Management: Closely monitor sales at the forecourt, product stock levels and prepare reports for management.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints or disputes.
Marketing: Market the product of the company and ensure continuously increasing sales at the station.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, product stock, and station performance.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure fuel pumps, generators, and other equipment are functioning properly.
Required Skills & Competencies

Required Qualifications & Experience
OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field.
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in filling station operations or retail management.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Preferably male candidates for gender balance and not older than 30 years of age.
Excellent reporting skills.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints.
