Description
- This role is responsible for creating the people development strategies that will ensure that all staff have the skills, knowledge, and development opportunities required.
- The Performance and Learning Specialist designs, develops, implements, monitors, and measures performance within the company.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree in a relevant field from a reputable University (Minimum of a 2.2)
- #7 years of Cognate experience, 4 of which should be in People Development.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent communication and counseling skills with demonstrated ability to share knowledge
- Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- A practical, logical, and systematic approach
- Should be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of Oracle is an advantage
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Knowledge of People management and vendor management
- Knowledge and Interest in the use of digital and social media to drive forward learning and engagement opportunities.
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
