Job Summary
- We are seeking a passionate and experienced Outlet Concept Manager Bakery/Home Meal Replacement (HMR) to oversee operations at our Enugu State store.
- The ideal candidate will lead the Bakery and HMR unit with a focus on quality production, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance. This role requires in-depth knowledge of modern baking and cooking technologies, along with strong leadership and resource management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management:
- Plan, schedule, and supervise Bakery and HMR production.
- Maintain and revise production plans to optimize profit and minimize loss.
- Ensure adherence to recipes and production standards.
- Support new product development and recipe improvement.
Business Unit Operations:
- Drive sales, manage margins, and reduce shrinkage.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Ensure optimal inventory management, merchandising, and pricing.
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
Quality & Compliance:
- Implement and monitor quality control measures.
- Maintain the highest safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor product consistency and oversee quality audits.
People Management:
- Manage and mentor HMR/Bakery staff.
- Oversee manpower planning and ensure proper staff training.
- Foster a positive work culture and boost employee morale.
- Manage workplace incidents as per national and company protocols.
Logistics & Equipment:
- Coordinate procurement of ingredients and supplies.
- Supervise receiving and dispatch processes.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of all production equipment.
Reports & Analysis:
- Prepare and review reports on production, quality control, and business KPIs.
- Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and business growth.

Qualifications
- HND / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the retail industry, with at least 34 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Prior experience in bakery and/or meal production is highly preferred.
