The Director of Mining Operations will be responsible for overseeing all strategic, operational, and financial activities within the organization’s mining operations. This senior role requires a deep understanding of mining industry best practices, resource extraction, safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and technological advancements. The Director will lead the mining division, ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable operations while driving innovation and profitability in line with the company’s long-term goals.

Qualities
1. Should be either a retired senior civil servant or senior person from a well-known private company
2. Should be prominent in the Government circle especially at the Ministries and Agencies
3. Must have deep knowledge on how the Mining Industry is run
4. Must be between 45- 56 years of age
5. Must be able to communicate and give deep insights on the role
6. Must be able to enlighten the board on the national policies ad directives
