Video Content Creation & ProductionPlan, create, and produce engaging video content for social media, including concept development, scripting, filming, and occasional editingDevelop scripts and storyboards aligned with brand messaging and platform requirements2. Content Strategy & OptimizationSupport the execution of video content strategies across platforms (short-form videos, product demos, installation showcases, interviews)Ensure all content maintains high standards of creativity, storytelling, and visual qualityMonitor content performance and optimize based on insights, trends, and audience engagement3. Influencer (KOL) CoordinationCoordinate with influencers on content creation, briefs, and deliverablesProvide clear guidance on product usage and content expectationsTrack timelines and ensure timely delivery and publishing of influencer contentSupport relationship management and evaluate content effectiveness4. User Case & Field ContentCapture real-life product usage, installation cases, and customer experiencesConduct interviews with end users to gather authentic testimonialsTurn real-world scenarios into engaging and relatable video contentQualifications & RequirementsMinimum of 3 years’ experience in video content creation or a similar roleStrong skills in video scripting, storytelling, and content developmentExperience working with influencers or managing collaborations is an added advantageGood understanding of social media platforms and video content formatsCreative mindset with strong visual storytelling abilitySelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
