About the Role
- We are looking for a Senior HR professional to lead and manage all aspects of human resources within our retail operations. The ideal candidate will drive HR strategy, talent management, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HR systems, payroll, and performance management tools.
