Job Title: Business Development Service Provider (BDSP) Officer
Location: Aba, Abia State, Nigeria
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000
Accommodation: Provided for the first 3 months

About the Fashion Future Program (FFP)
The Fashion Future Program (FFP) empowers young fashion entrepreneurs, especially women, by providing access to training, mentorship, and market opportunities in garment, footwear, and leatherwork sectors.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive BDSP Officer to provide hands-on business development support to MSMEs in the fashion industry. This role focuses on enabling growth strategies, opening up market access, and connecting businesses with financial and collaborative opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute business growth strategies tailored to MSMEs
Identify new markets, customer segments, and expansion opportunities
Foster strong relationships with MSMEs, service providers, and stakeholders
Facilitate strategic partnerships, networking events, and sales initiatives
Monitor progress, track KPIs, and provide data-driven improvement plans

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
3–5 years’ experience in business development, financial inclusion, or market access (experience in consulting or banking is an added advantage)
Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Proven experience supporting MSMEs or startups to scale operations
Relocation Note
Candidates who are willing to relocate to Aba are encouraged to apply.
