About the Job
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Senior Manager, People and Performance.
- To drive organizational effectiveness by designing and executing people and performance strategies that improve leadership capability, employee productivity, engagement, and accountability across ISN Medical.
- The role partners with business leaders to build a high-performing workforce through structured performance management, talent development, data-driven insights, and a strong culture aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related Social Science discipline. A minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1) is required.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, HRCI-PHR/SPHR or equivalent) is required or strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7–10 years’ progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or HR Business Partner/HR leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in performance management, talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Proven track record designing and implementing performance frameworks (KPIs/OKRs, scorecards, appraisal cycles, and improvement plans).
- Hands-on experience with leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential employee programs.
- Experience driving employee engagement initiatives, culture transformation, and change management programs.
- Strong working knowledge of Nigerian and International labour laws, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and workplace investigations.
- Experience using HRIS and people analytics tools to build dashboards, interpret workforce data, and support management decision-making.
- Ability to design policies, procedures, and structured feedback systems that improve accountability and productivity.
- Experience coaching line managers and executives on performance conversations, talent decisions, and leadership effectiveness.
- Strong analytical capability with experience measuring productivity, retention, workforce effectiveness, and organizational health metrics.
- Ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across senior leadership and operational teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple initiatives while driving measurable people and performance outcomes.
- Experience in healthcare or related industries is preferred but not required
